計程車司機謝東憲涉嫌性侵日本籍的女大學生，被捕後卻因為被交保，沒有羈押，而趁隙逃亡了五天，所幸仍然回籠，但是引發網友多達26萬人連署，所謂的恐龍法官罵名又起。這個事件掀起社會的重視，其實分成好幾個層面，今天編輯台時間就邀請聯合報主跑板橋院檢的資深記者、北都組召集人何祥裕。
