Hollander was named VP and Chief Compliance Officer of Diebold (NYSE:DBD) according to a statement by the company.Hollander’s position in the company will have him accountable for managing the implementation, growth and constant improvement of Debold's ethics and compliance program. He will also be responsible to make sure that the program is effective according to the greatest government standards and industry practicesThomas W.
