Horsepower TV hosts the second annual Engine Builder Challenge, a rematch between Wyotech’s Blairsville, PA and Sacramento, CA campuses. Working with a 347 cid Ford Racing short block and a budget of $5,000 each for parts from Summit Racing Equipment, the teams of two Wyotech graduates match skills, and determination in their quest for the 2009 trophy. Will Blairsville's porting skills and patience win over against an eager and aggressive dyno duo from Sacramento? Or will the California team take home the trophy?
