アメリカ大リーグ、シアトル・マリナーズのイチロー選手(37)がメディカルチェックを行った。イチロー選手は、チームカラーのブルーのウエアでトレーニングを行った。キャンプ前日の18日は、メディカルチェックも行われ、37歳とは思えないずば抜けた数値を計測した。これは日々の鍛錬のたまもの。メジャー11年目のベテランも、いまだ衰えなしの様子だった。
