HTC初審結果法人看法
美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）行政法官初判宏達電侵犯蘋果兩項專利，法人表示以過去案例與判決經驗來看，一個軟體專利權0.1~0.2美元，佔手機製造成本約1%，以目前侵權的兩項專利與宏達電年出貨量五千萬支計算，權利金給付約十五億台幣。 初審結果出爐後，宏達電火速提出上訴，並召開臨時董事會，以每股九百元計算，耗資約兩百億，買回庫存股兩萬張。 日前以三億美元買下讓蘋果吞侵權敗仗的S3 Graphics，也成為與蘋果交叉授權的談判籌碼。
