This week we welcome a new member to the NBT Team, Aaron Holzer, and no the last name is not a coincidence. Aaron will be handling some of our camera work and helping out during the shoots now that Producer Yvonne is headed back to school. What beer do you say hello and welcome with? Anything from Dogfish Head will do, but the Sahtea is amazing! In our Master Pairings this week John rejoins Dr. Bill to prove that he can master the cork and cage. They enjoy a Trappist Westmalle Tripel with a pesto over pasta and a brie and cambier cheese.
