Новый глава Минкомсвязи И. Щёголев посетил головной отраслевой институт. НИИР – это основная организация отрасли связи и массовых коммуникаций, проводящая постоянную работу в Международном союзе электросвязи (МСЭ), Ассамблее Европейской конференции администраций почт и электросвязи (СЕПТ), Регионального содружества в области связи (РСС).
