第２次補正が審議入り 首相「早期成立を」
東日本大震災の被災者支援を柱とする１１年度第２次補正予算案の審議が１５日、国会で始まった。菅首相は「当面、緊急に対応すべき経費を盛り込んだ予算であり、早期成立をお願い申し上げます」と述べた。同案は２２日に成立する見通し。
