曾蔭權：如九招十二式成效不彰可考慮立法
行政長官曾蔭權出席立法會答問大會時表示，明白市民關注樓價問題，政府針對樓花銷售而推出的九招十二式，已漸見成效，如果發現沒有效用，政府可考慮立法規管。 在答問大會上，公民黨梁家傑指出，目前在街市呃秤以及在股票市場內造價托市作出虛假陳述，都是罪行，他質疑為何發展商在樓花銷售時涉嫌托市卻沒有法例規管，要求政府立法。 曾蔭權在回應時，誤將「九招十二式」說為「九式十二招」，被梁家傑反問，政府是否臨時增加數招應付。
