I use enchilada sauce, well... when I make enchiladas.  My favorite sauce is Old El Paso’s Enchilada Sauce. It comes in 3 different levels of "heat". Mild, medium, and hot. I prefer the spiciest one, but my family can't handle food that hot. Not only do I use enchilada sauce for enchiladas, but I like to use it in some of my recipes to rev up the taste. I never have boring meals when I use the Old El Paso brand.
