An unexpected pregnancy forces a teenage couple to make difficult decisions about their future. Jessie and Teo were both raised by single mothers in Costa Rica and never expected to enter parenthood at such a tender age. But when the lovers learn of their own pregnancy, strong opinions on a range of social issues and their class differences slowly begin to surface.
