Road to Hanmer Springs
In December 2010, I was on a roadtrip on the South Island, in New Zealand. After a nice stay in the Nelson Region (Farewell Spit, motueka, Kaiteriteri, Abels Tasman National Park), the roadtrip continued down the West Coast and to Canterbury. On the way I saw several flooded streams and amazing rock formations. That stretch of the trip, ended in Hanmer Springs, which is a small town built around Hot Springs. The town is therefore famous for its Thermal Pools & Spa where you can relax and enjoy mineral rich, soothing waters. There are also many nice forest walks around the area, and that’s where the second part of this video was filmed. Don't hesitate to give me some creative criticism. I hope you enjoy!
