ゴルフ・石川 遼選手、全米オープンへの出発を前に無免許運転について謝罪
ゴルフの石川 遼選手(19)が、全米オープンへの出発を前に、無免許運転をしていたことについて謝罪した。石川選手は「このたびは自らの不注意、そして不手際でご迷惑をおかけしたことを、心より本当に申し訳なく思っております。本当にすみませんでした」と謝罪した。石川選手は2月からの遠征中、滞在していたアメリカで国際運転免許証を取得。しかし、日本の道路交通法では、海外に連続して3カ月以上滞在しなければ、国際運転免許証は国内で効力を持たない。石川選手はこれを知らず、国内で運転していたため、全米オープン出発を前に謝罪した。
