Shot 07/07/2011.## CAPITOLA, Calif. — A Capitola man was mourning the tragic loss of his wife of over six decades Wednesday, less than 24 hours after the 83-year-old woman died from injuries suffered in an accidental collision with a teenager on a skateboard. The accident happened shortly after 3 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. 83-year-old accident victim Maryann Slettehaugh was crossing the street in a marked crosswalk. Police said a large panel truck had stopped for her. As she stepped out from in front of the truck into the bike lane, a 17-year-old boy on a skateboard slammed into her at more than 15 miles an hour.##
