來到年初四，生活如常，阿蘇牛年再度開班教煮餸，首先來個新穎的玩意，就是混牛奶，我們平時喝牛奶就喝得多，但牛奶溝了其他東西，味道又會如何呢？苦瓜汁牛奶、石榴汁牛奶、蜂蜜牛奶、梳打水牛奶，你要不要試試？ 飲過「特別」的牛奶後，阿蘇就示範如何煮中式牛柳，醃好牛肉，校好醬汁，洋蔥切絲，煎煮一會便成，煮法其實不太難，但醬汁就要調校得好，不過酸不過甜，顏色又不至瘀血色，就算是成功。 一眾學員面對著阿蘇，壓力自然來，煮得不好，火爆的阿蘇又開火，即使新年，也毫不留情。
