Nokia Recalls 46 Million Cell-Phone Batteries
Matsushita-made batteries, which Nokia branded the BL-5C, present risk of overheating according to Nokia. Batteries were manufactured between December 2005 and November 2006 and appear in a wide range of Nokia phones. Nokia customers should go to Nokia’s battery recall Web page to type in the serial of their phones to see if they are affected.
