今集「大宅豪門」楊崢會與楊思琦參觀一西九龍服務式住宅的總統套房，內裡設計既豪華又有家的暖意；「弄潮為樂」李詩韻、張雪芹為大家介採用天然木材製造的兒童傢俱；「家倍心思」會去參觀鄧達智的家居，除了探訪3層高的村屋外，也去參觀另一邊廂具300年歷史、以廣州嶺南民居建築特色的悠久祖屋；最後「樓行指標」會為大家介紹港、九、新界擁有公園景致的單位。
