這次，阿蘇介紹了一種極為方便的食品，就是「罐頭」。近年，多了很多不同食物的罐頭，又海底椰、又熱情果，又有上下開蓋裝，將兩款食材用一個罐裝起。 講完罐頭，今集的主題是碟頭飯，阿蘇再加兩個學徒，分別煮三碟碟頭飯，一個煮窩蛋免治牛肉飯，一個煮粟米肉粒飯，一個煮菜遠牛肉飯，跟阿蘇學廚都一段日子，小師妹的廚藝日益進步，三碟之中，她的粟米肉粒飯被阿蘇讚最好食。
