蒸糕系列來到第二回，這次是示範蒸芋頭糕，比起蘿蔔糕的複雜程度，芋頭糕原來簡易很多，阿蘇家姐是蒸糕高手，她教路要選擇泰國芋頭，質感較好，較不容易爛，先爆香最靠得住，煮軟芋頭粒後，記緊關火，以免芋頭熟透，把其他炒好的配料和粉漿加入拌勻，再蒸45分鐘，是不是很簡單？！ 農曆年的全盒總會有瓜子，今集阿蘇去到瓜子專門店，由大家姐精選靚瓜子，又走到九龍城一間生果店，介紹兩款少見但非常美味的水果，想知是甚麼？現在就看看吧！
