Watch Rare Austen novel under the hammer
The auction house Sotheby’s is selling the only major remaining Jane Austen manuscript. It is thought she wrote the manuscript in 1804.The manuscript entitled, The Watsons, is expected to sell for around £200,000 at a New York auction. Sotheby's specialist Gabriel Heaton explains why the work is so important.
