Tommy (voiced by Elizabeth Daily), Chuckie (Christine Cavanaugh), Angelica (Cheryl Chase) and the rest of the gang are back for a second season of pint-sized shenanigans in this popular animated series about the surprisingly bustling private lives of babies, toddlers and preschoolers.
