PrimeTime Politics The One Issue, Two Voices series draws on expertise from both sides of the Canada-U.S. border to stimulate dialogue on policy issues affecting the bilateral relationship. The first session, held today in Washington, features a discussion on protectionism and the controversial "Buy American" policy. Robert Baugh, executive director of the AFL-CIO Industrial Union Council, and William Robson, president and CEO of the C.D. Howe Institute, debate their contrasting approaches to the concept. The moderator is William Krist, a senior policy scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. The next discussion is scheduled for May 11th, in Ottawa with the same panellists.  From the floor of the Senate, a ceremony to mark the 100th anniversary of Canada’s navy. Included is the presentation of the Canadian Navy Centennial Bell.
