Govt Announces Plan To Curb Binge-Drinking
Pub and club owners face stiff fines or even jail if they break new rules aimed at tackling binge drinking from April this year. Promotions such as "all you can drink for 10 pounds" are banned. Nicolai Sorenson from Alcohol Concern speaks to Sky News.
