Some visitors turned up at my place and while at the door I notice this dodgy character lurking around a nearby house, I grabbed my camera and sure enough he didn’t disappoint - providing me with some great pics and a video of him sneakily checking windows/doors while trying to look 'normal' - all in broad daylight!! He did what you see in the video 3 times while I watched from my window, then went to another house behind me and checked a window there!
