林口A7站每坪15萬 盼年底動工
內政部營建署通過了機場捷運A7站合宜住宅的投資興建案，其中4個不同的基地則由不同的建設公司投標成功， 最快今年底就可以開始申購，合宜住宅標榜的就是價格平價，讓民眾可以買得起， 目前看來周邊的生活機能還沒發展，不過隨著機場捷運的開通，周邊的商業環境也會開始發展， 如果荷包裡沒有太多錢的首購族，也可以向內政部申請住宅補貼或青年安心成家方案， 最高可以貸款720萬元，讓自己也能夠擁有屬於自己的家。
