New cancer treatment may reduce pain
While working in the lab, Dr. Teruna Siahaan, a pharmaceutical chemistry professor, and a group of researchers made up of post-doctorate and graduate students in pharmaceutical chemistry, stumbled across a new drug delivery method for cancer patients. The method will allow doctors to inject the drug in only white blood cells.
