ジブチに自衛隊初の本格的な海外拠点
アフリカ東部・ジブチで自衛隊初となる本格的な海外拠点が建設され、７日に開所式典が行われた。ソマリア沖の海賊対策を強化するためのもので、これまでの海外拠点は短期間の任務が対象だったが、今回は１０年単位の滞在を見据えている。建設費は約４７億円。
