車にはねられ女性死亡 １２病院に断られる
さいたま市で先月２９日、車椅子で道路を横断していた星野美穂さん（３８）が車にはねられ、先月３０日に死亡。救急車は通報を受けた９分後には現場に到着したが、１２の病院に受け入れを断られ、病院に搬送を開始するまで２時間以上かかったという。
