Two incumbent county commissioners ousted in the August primary...will another incumbent lose in the general election? Baldwin County voters are apparently ready for a change. In the August primary, two long-time county commissioners were ousted and replaced with political newcomers. Another incumbent could be replaced tomorrow, when Commissioner Charles "Skip" Gruber faces retired school teacher Al Mullek.   Both candidates say they’ll bring new industry and jobs to Baldwin County if elected...and will work to restore South Baldwin County's tourism industry which was devastated…
