LSE stumbles again
The London Stock Exchange has suffered a four hour interruption to trading on Friday. This is just the latest problem with the introduction of its new trading system. Traders flocked to rival platforms, and as Jeremy Grant, editor of FT Trading Room, explains to Philip Stafford, this was the last thing the LSE wanted when it is endeavouring to limit loss of market share to rival MTFs.
