財政預算案月底發表，財政司司長曾俊華四出聽取民意。面對金融海嘯、經濟衰退，財爺也破格呼籲市民表達意見，在推出一連串電台、電視宣傳片後，各級階層究竟會給財爺什麼意見呢？ 由基層人士到中產階層，由失業人士到畢業生，由散工到老闆，普羅大眾都對財爺預算案抱有期望。今集便為大家收集了家庭住婦、綜援戶、地盤工人、社區人士、茶餐廳老闆、金融顧問、中小企老闆、社工、的士司機和大學生對香港經濟發展的建議，財爺能否一一達成他們的願望呢？
