There has been no love lost between former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee and former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney in the almost three years since the 2008 Presidential race that pit them against each other in a battle to see who could be the best contrast to the long term front runner Arizona Senator John McCain. Romney’s campaign had an earlier start, but when Huckabee rushed into the spotlight, taking a lot of Republican Evangelical Christians with him, the battle for the GOP nomination turned fierce and sharp, as a series of attacks on Huckabee by Romney’s campaign flooded the airwaves and TV channels.
