林瑞麟：社會仍有10年時間討論功能組別存廢
政制及內地事務局局長林瑞麟說，人大常委會副秘書長喬曉陽昨日對2020年落實立法會普選的發言，有關功能組別的存廢問題是完全無結論，社會未來有10年時間討論研究。 林瑞麟出席本台節目後說，民主黨及普選聯與中聯辦副主任李剛會面後，提出了三點要求，其中要求中央對普選定義有一個說明、與中央設有溝通平台，中央都已積極回應。餘下一項未接納的是區議會代表由議員提名，市民一人一票選出。 林瑞麟說，希望泛民主派議員把握機遇，盡議會責任通過政改方案，他又說目前距離表決仍有大約兩個星期，政府會盡力爭取議會每一票。
