Non-dom tax is 'muddle-headed'
Lord Digby Jones, former CBI director-general, says George Osborne’s budget will provide business with the tools to grow, which in turn will pull the UK out of its economic slump. However, he tells the FT's Seb Morton-Clark, more should be done on eliminating the 50p and non-domicile taxes to ensure entrepreneurs and academics bring their talents to the UK.
