邱騰華：就停車熄匙會否增豁免續聽意見
一名81歲小巴司機日前懷疑在車廂中暑，延至昨日死亡，環境局局長邱騰華在一個電台節目被問到，會否在停車熄匙條例草案增加豁免時說，會繼續聽取意見，政府及立法會相關委員會會持開放態度討論。 他強調，社會上對應否增加豁免有不同聲音，部分人支持，但也有人反對，不願令法例形同虛設。
