Website: Insights has launched a brand new product called ThoughtNav.com. It’s their very own custom developed site for conducting online focus groups. Instead of a group of people sitting around a table and discussing a topic they participate in an online discussion over the course of several days.The ThoughtNav.com focus groups take place online, via any computer and allow respondents to candidly (and anonymously) discuss and debate topics. Qualified respondents are recruited via phone or email, are asked questions over the course of several days and respondents can take time to think about the questions (no in person pressure). Clients are able to log in, observe the discussion and leave private messages for the moderator regarding comments they would like clarified or suggestions for new topics.Aperio Insights has had incredible feedback on online focus groups from both respondents and clients. They've found that respondents are much more engaged in an online focus group than in any in person focus group. And clients love the online focus groups because there's no travel, fast turnaround, lower costs and they get more complete feedback from each respondent.Website:
