日本航空、31日付で約170人に対し一方的に雇用契約を解除する整理解雇を実施へ
経営再建中の日本航空は、31日付でおよそ170人に対し、一方的に雇用契約を解除する整理解雇を実施する。対象となるのは、パイロットおよそ80人、客室乗務員およそ60人など、あわせておよそ170人。日本航空が12月27日を期限に、およそ200人に対し追加で希望退職を募集した結果、これに応じたのは30人程度にとどまり、この整理解雇が確定した。日本航空は、2011年3月までにグループ全体で1万6,000人を削減する計画で、今回の整理解雇を含め、2010年中におよそ1万4,500人が削減される。
