I created Potassium Power because I wanted a smoothie that would help me build my strength, inside and out, and I think I’ve accomplished that.  I looked to the great apes for some inspiration, and came up with bananas and green leaf lettuce. Make sure when you use your bananas that they have the brown sugar spots on the peel because that means that the starch inside the banana has converted to sugar, it tastes better and it’s more nutritiuos for us.
