首集將會由香港開始，追訪容祖兒從忙碌的工作中，趕赴機場，到達與香港生活截然不同的瑞士之整個過程。 而容祖兒於本集中，將會登上瑞士境內阿爾卑斯山脈的雪山之一Diavolezza（迪亞沃勒扎）。在接近海拔3000米的雪山上，祖兒會初嚐最天然及未受污染的阿爾卑斯山清純白雪味道；清晨時份，在攀山嚮導陪同下，她更登上超越3000米高的雪山山峰Saas Queder（薩斯喬特），靜待日出；此外，她更會踏足壯麗的冰川Pers Glacier（皮爾斯冰川）；而在日落時份，她會在一望無際的天然雪山美景前，與斜陽作伴，享受戶外浸浴…
