iReport — The country where I originally came was bless with many variety of fishes.  I am not a good cook but everytime my mother was in the kitchen cooking, I observe her how she does things.  She have many ways how to cook fish but the easiest way is frying. Frying is one of the things that I learned from her.  She just does it very simple, just sprinkle the slice fish with salt and pepper,  then fry it until it turn golden brown (both sides) but don’t overcook it so that it will be tender. She said, simple preparation is a better way to cook fish. That was the practice that I apply it today. Easy and yummy.
