劉吳惠蘭：旅遊業議會延長旅客熱線服務時間
就近日內地旅客被強迫購物的事件，商務及經濟發展局局長劉吳惠蘭，與旅遊界見面，她表示，事件打擊旅遊業及打擊香港聲譽，要盡快採取補救措施。 她表示，當前急務是盡快挽回信心，旅遊業議會下周會在所有旅遊景點、定點購物店，加強宣傳，提醒旅客在港的消費權益。旅遊發展局下周會在北京加強宣傳，推廣優質服務。 她說，已要求旅遊業議會將旅客服務熱線，在8月1日起延長服務時間至午夜12時，日後會延至24小時服務。議會又會明查暗察，打擊違規行為，政府將全力協助。
