林鄭月娥：政府在土地供應盡很大努力
署理財政司司長林鄭月娥回應昨日賣地時表示，賣地結果反映發展商對市場的看法。特區政府在土地供應盡了很大努力，除了沿用勾地表，亦很主動推出土地拍賣。 她表示，現時正積極籌備下年度勾地表，有信心下一年度的土地供應，比今年勾地表內的9000個單位為多。 政府上星期公布打擊炒樓措施後，昨日首次賣地。兩幅住宅地，合共以76.1億元由長實投得，高出開價四成至接近一倍。
