Last year marked the 10th anniversary of the much maligned native english teachers scheme.  Some NETs say they are isolated by their local colleagues at school. Some local teachers say the NETs don’t offer much help but enjoy all more benefits. The term used to refer to NETs - change agents - have aroused negative feelings. There are NETs who don't feel they can change even an activity. And there are others who have made it through the 10 years and become a interal part of the team. Producer Mabel sieh look at the pros and cons and probes whether the NETs are worth taxpayers' money afterall.
