UML will soon review its neutral stance: Minister Pokhrel :
Minister for information and communication Shankar Pokhrel has said thatUML will soon change its stance to stay neutral in the prime ministerial election.Speaking at programme in the capital Monday, Minister Pokharel, who is also secretary of CPN-UML, blamed the Maoists for starting a dirty game inthe parliament to seize the post of prime minister, adding that UML should not make much delay in changing its neutral position.
