Nunavut, Canada
I received the awesome chance to travel to Arctic Bay, Nunavut last week. It’s a small town of around 600 and it's in a very isolated but beautiful location. Arctic Bay is the northern-most community on Baffin Island and it is also the only community in Nunavut that is connected to another community by a road. To reach Arctic Bay we had to fly from Iqaluit to Nanisivik, and from there we drove about 30 minutes in a snow storm to Arctic Bay. The people there are extremely friendly and they were very eager to meet me.
