今集蘇施黃與買餸高手權哥再度暢遊街市，今次主攻魚檔，教大家選擇新鮮的黃花魚和紅衫魚技巧，買好至靚的兩紅一白後，阿蘇即席示範烹調魚湯菜式，要魚湯成奶白色，事前必須把魚煎好，並確保鑊底無油，才能達至完美效果。 湯準備好後，阿蘇煮出一湯兩味，既用魚湯浸勝瓜，亦就地取材泡製魚湯米線，吃得每位不停口。 另外，阿蘇還跟泰山走到深水埗欽州街一間小食店，請來街頭市民品評出名的魚蛋，說得好隨時捧走五百大元。
