今集蘇施黃與買餸高手權哥再度暢遊街市,今次主攻魚檔,教大家選擇新鮮的黃花魚和紅衫魚技巧,買好至靚的兩紅一白後,阿蘇即席示範烹調魚湯菜式,要魚湯成奶白色,事前必須把魚煎好,並確保鑊底無油,才能達至完美效果。 湯準備好後,阿蘇煮出一湯兩味,既用魚湯浸勝瓜,亦就地取材泡製魚湯米線,吃得每位不停口。 另外,阿蘇還跟泰山走到深水埗欽州街一間小食店,請來街頭市民品評出名的魚蛋,說得好隨時捧走五百大元。
