堆肥・肥料同時施肥改善法
営農チームは、ながいもの平いも発生原因や品質格差の問題など3カ年にわたり研究を進めてきた。平いもの発生傾向として土壌の塩基量が低くなればなるほど発生率が高く、塩基量が80％前後に落ち着けば発生が減少することを見つけた。 塩基調整に使うのは、牛フン・鶏糞・豚糞・たんぱく資源 を混合熟成させた「土作くん」10ａに1ｍ3を局部施肥すればよい比較的簡単な方法！今年度は160haの面積で改善実施が行われている
