震災で高級牛肉値崩れ、猛暑で豚肉値上がり
東日本大震災から１００日以上過ぎた現在、高級和牛の値段は今年３月初めと比べると約１５％下がっている。震災後、高級和牛を買う人や焼き肉店の客数が減っているという。一方、豚肉は、去年の猛暑の影響で出荷頭数が減少したことから卸値が上がっている。
