This is a manual dual peanut shelling equipment fabricated by Mixa Foods & Beverages, Kisumu, Kenya. The equipment is able to shell peanuts with an average efficiency of 95-98 percent depending on the mix of groundnut types and variety. The equipment separates the peanut shells from the peanuts automatically thereby eliminating the need for winnowing like in other peanut shellers. Electric version is also available.
