KU honors Darwin's b-day
The KU Natural History Museum hosted an open house event yesterday to honor the life and work of Charles Darwin, whose work laid the foundation for the theory of natural selection, a cornerstone of modern biology. The celebration was held the night before the Kansas Board of Education's vote to change science education standards back from the anti-evolution stance the 2005 Board imposed.
